the cottage is located at 780 above sea level and is in a very scenic, sunny and quiet hamlet; it is permanently lived in by about ten people and there is a trattoria.
It is easily accessible by any car. It is 10 km from the town of Bedonia, 13 km from Borgotaro, 6 km from Compiano, 20 km from Bardi, while the A15 exit of Borgotaro is 20 minutes by car and the Ligurian or Tuscan seaside is 60 minutes by car.
The surroundings of the hamlet are ideal for pleasant walks.
