The house consists of the Ground Floor with: large living room, dining room, kitchenette, one room (current pantry), one bathroom; First Floor: 5 bedrooms, one bathroom; Second Floor: loft.
In addition to the land located near the house, there are a further 6 hectares (50% arable land and 50% woodland) located in the vicinity of the hamlet and are not in a single body; these are listed separately at an additional price of 6,000 euro if interested.

The hamlet is 800 metres above sea level, it is easily accessible by any car, it is very quiet and panoramic; the hamlet is not permanently populated, there are two other houses, one of which is occasionally lived in; there is a village 10 km away with all services, while the village of Bedonia is 15 km away.
The Borgotaro exit on the Parma-La Spezia motorway is 40 minutes away by car.
The sea (Chiavari or Lavagna) is 45 minutes away by car. There is also a bathing stream 1 km away. The surroundings are ideal for long, pleasant walks in the Monte Penna forest (1,735 metres above sea level).
