Beschrijving: at the foot of the village of Compiano: detached house, on three levels of about 90 m² per floor, with 200 m² of surrounding land (not flat).
The house consists of three residential units and a large garage (for two cars):

on the Third Floor there is the attic.

Huidige staat: two flats (ground floor and first floor) need ordinary maintenance as they have not been lived in for some years; the one on the second floor is in good condition and habitable: bathroom redone, double-glazed windows, pellet stove. Nutsvoorzieningen: water, electricity, natural gas; wood stove, pellet stove.
The pipes of the heating system are present, there is only one boiler and some radiators are missing.
