Beschrijving: in a tiny hamlet comprising five houses, highly panoramic and secluded (see attached aerial view): a stone-built house extending from the ground to the roof, detached on three sides, spread over two storeys, each measuring approximately 50 m².
The house comprises a Ground Floor with a former stable; to the side there is a building housing the bathroom (currently the only one in the house); First Floor: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms.
* The house can only be reached on foot as the village lane is narrow; you can park your car 100 metres away (near a public spring-fed fountain).

the village is situated at 900 metres above sea level and is easily accessible by any car, with the final kilometre of the road being a gravel local road.
It is 5 km from the Taro River, where swimming is permitted; 16 km from Bedonia and 10 km from Santa Maria, where all amenities are available; the Borgotaro motorway exit on the PR-SP is a 45-minute drive away, and it takes the same amount of time and covers the same distance to reach the coast (Chiavari or Lavagna).
