The house consists of the Ground Floor with a kitchen and dining room, a small room for use as a cellar/larder; First Floor: two bedrooms; Second Floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom. In front of the property there is a courtyard area (see map).

the house has not been lived in for years, so it needs routine maintenance: painting, etc. The roof is not insulated; due to the breakage of some tiles there was an infiltration, but they have been replaced in the meantime.

all; heating is by means of the 'thermo-kitchen' stove

the village is 750 metres above sea level, it is easily reached by any car, it is very scenic and quiet; it is 3 km from the Taro river that can be bathed, 13 km from Bedonia and 8 km from Santa Maria where all services can be found; the Borgotaro motorway exit on the PR-SP is a 45-minute drive away, the same time/distance to reach the sea (Chiavari or Lavagna).
