The farmhouse comprises a basement with three cellars; 
Mezzanine Floor: kitchen, large living room with fireplace, one bedroom, one bathroom; 
First Floor: five bedrooms; Second Floor: attic.

Opposite the farmhouse there is a building used as a garage and storeroom (40 m²).

100 metres away there is another stone building, a former mill, measuring 25 m² (in need of renovation), the grounds of which border a stream. The path leading to it is steep and difficult to access.

* The land is composed and divided as follows: the 1,000 m² in front of the farmhouse is flat grassland, whilst the remaining 3,500 m² is wooded (steep).

the site is 8 km from the village of Borgotaro and 12 km from the Borgotaro A15 motorway exit. 
The hamlet lies at an altitude of 650 metres above sea level and consists of around ten houses, some of which are permanently inhabited. The road leading to it is accessible by any car.
