the hamlet is located at 750 metres above sea level and is easily accessible by car. It has a permanent population of about ten people. There are a couple of grocery shops 1 km away. It is a 15-minute drive from the town of Bedonia and a 35-minute drive from the Borgotaro motorway exit on the A15 Parma-La Spezia motorway.
