Second floor: two bedrooms and a study; in the building next door (former barn) there is a living room with kitchenette (it is internally connected to the main house).

The location is easily accessible by any car. The first town for shopping is 5 km away (Anzola), while the main town of Bedonia is 20 minutes by car; the Borgotaro motorway exit on the A15 Parma-La Spezia is 40 minutes by car.
