The cottage currently consists of the Ground Floor with: kitchen/dining room, one bedroom with bathroom, one bathroom, one storage room; First Floor: living room, one bedroom;
Second floor: two bedrooms and a study; in the building next door (former barn) there is a living room with kitchenette (it is internally connected to the main house).

the house is habitable; it has been renovated over the years, although some finishing work is missing.

the hamlet is located at 1,000 metres above sea level; it consists of about 20 houses and is permanently lived in by a few families; it is surrounded by greenery and is therefore very picturesque and quiet.

The location is easily accessible by any car. The first town for shopping is 5 km away (Anzola), while the main town of Bedonia is 20 minutes by car; the Borgotaro motorway exit on the A15 Parma-La Spezia is 40 minutes by car.
